June 3rd 2017, the New, and Improved Par 3 hole number 2, at Lake of the Pines Golf course will re-open for play. After 6 months of hard work, by our crew(led by Bob Brueggemann), an architect(Forest Richardson), land shaping tractors, cutters, and planters, the project is completed. Now, all we need is mother nature, tender loving care from our golfers, and continuous attention from our top notch maintenance staff. To commemorate the opening, a 9 a.m. ribbon cutting ceremony, with LOP’s finest Club Champions striking the first shots, will take place. Please come out to support our course, and be a part of LOP golf history. In addition, on this special day, all players will be eligible to win prizes for closest to the pin shots, and hole in ones!!
